Quirky and lovely place, it has caring staff especially for the manager. The location is unbeatable and particularly good, it's just off the surrounding areas, the Center of Lymington and the beautiful harbor.

Free parking and exceptionally good breakfast with quality ingredients. The magnificent and good location for the price, really close to the restaurant, shops, the quay and an excellent icecream shop called Toot sweets and IOW ferry.
Beds were a little hard.

Thoroughly enjoyed how quirky the property was. The room was reasonably large and contemporary with tea/coffee making facilities, very large bed, for instance, at least for me. There was a nice decor and a family atmosphere. The setting of hotel was great, in the centre of the town.

Hotel's location was magnificent, to IOW ferry. Plus, it was next to the centre of the town as well as Italian restaurants. My double room was modern and tastefully decorated.
